Fidelity is a measure of how well we can reconstruct the user's audio when it reaches our servers. 100% means perfect reproduction (no unrecoverable packet loss and no excessive delay).

Packet loss or delay does not necessarily result in a Fidelity hit, as our codec may be able to recover from such issues without impact to audio quality.

Call mix (length, international vs. domestic, etc.) cause variations in Fidelity by day. Sunday has generally the lowest Fidelity due to a larger share of international users.
